Privacy Policy

About Us: The Woodhull Institute Website is a social networking site (the “Website”) that allows members to create unique personal profiles online in order to find and communicate with other Woodhull Institute members.  Members of the Website can set up unique personal profiles, view other member’s profiles, post comments regarding ways to improve Woodhull Institute products, and share photos, diagrams, videos and other files.

Your Information: To become a member of the Website, you will be asked to create a user ID and to submit some information about yourself, including your gender, date of birth, email address, which we will use to create a unique personal profile for you.  We keep this information and display it on the site, allowing other members and online visitors to view your profile and communicate with you.  We also use your email address to send you updates about our site.  We use your profile information to gather demographic information about our site and generate reports, and we may share this aggregated demographic data and reports with other third parties.

Please note that you post your personal information on the Website at your own risk.  While we do our best to control who may access your profile, we cannot guarantee that users will use it appropriately or that people will not circumvent our security measures.  We are also not responsible for how other members or online users utilize the information you send to other members in messages or in comments you may post to message boards or chat rooms.  We also reserve the right to use your information in other ways we may deem appropriate in our sole discretion.
